If you are having trouble accessing your Gold subscription features, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First check that your subscription is active in your App Store settings:
Apple: iPhone Settings App > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Android: Settings app > Google > Manage your Google Account > Payments & subscriptions
If your subscription does NOT show as active, the payment likely did not go through, was transferred to another account (see here), or you signed up under another account. Reach out to support for more help.
If your subscription DOES show as active then you can try the following steps:
Log out and log back in: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in to refresh your account status.
Update the app: Make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. App developers often release updates to fix bugs and improve performance.
Are you an Android user? Please go to your subscription screen and tap on the "Already Gold?" button. This should reset your subscription.
