Reporting Harassment, Threats, and Scams on Rapchat

Updated today

If you come across content or behavior on Rapchat that violates our Terms of Service—including impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, spam, or copyright infringement—you can report it directly to our team.

🔎 How to Report a Violation

  1. Open the Support Chat
Tap the chat icon in the app or visit our Help Center and start a conversation.

  2. Select "Create Ticket"
Once the chat window opens, choose the "Create Ticket" option.

  3. Choose “Report Violation”
From the list of ticket types, select “Report Violation.”
    You’ll be prompted to share:

    • What you're reporting (user, song, comment, etc.)

    • A link to the content or profile

    • A brief explanation of what happened

    • Optional screenshots or evidence

Note: All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We may take action such as removing content, suspending accounts, or escalating the issue as needed.

🚫 Block the User

If someone is harassing you or making you uncomfortable, you can block them immediately.
To block a user:

  • Go to their profile

  • Tap the “•••” menu (top right)

  • Select “Block User”

Blocking prevents them from messaging you or interacting with your content.

🛡️ Your Safety Comes First

If you feel unsafe, threatened, or believe a law has been broken, please contact your local law enforcement immediately. While we will investigate violations of our policies, Rapchat does not replace legal or emergency services.
