If you wish to unsubscribe or cancel your Rapchat subscription's auto-renewal, you can do so at any time by following the steps below. You will continue to have access to the premium content until your subscription's expiration date.
Go to your Rapchat profile in the app
Tap on "Settings"
Tap on "Manage Subscription"
Choose "Cancel Subscription"
You can also cancel your subscription without logging into the app:
Apple:
Go to the Settings App > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Android:
Go to the Settings app > Google > Manage your Google Account > Payments & subscriptions
Stripe Checkout:
If you purchased through our Stribe checkout page then look for an email sent from from Stripe that says "Your receipt from Rapchat" in the subject. Then tap "Manage Subscription" and you can cancel, pause, or fix your payment details there.
