At Rapchat Distro, we've streamlined the process to ensure you get your earnings smoothly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about when and how you'll receive your royalty payments.

Go to your Distro Hub and tap on the menu to find the Royalty Payments page. On this page, you will see your balance and set up your account to withdraw funds.

❗️Note that the balance you see always has a lag of 2-3 months due to the time it takes for stores to report royalties from the time that the streams occurred

You will have the option to withdraw your earnings once you are above the minimum threshold ($10 USD). You'll then create a Tipalti account (our payments partner) and can choose your preferred method: Paypal, Bank/ACH, Check, Wire. Once your account is set up, your payments are automatically sent by the end of the month each month going forward whenever your balance is above the threshold.

We process royalty payments on a regular monthly cycle. You can expect to receive your payouts in the first week of each month once your Tipalti account is set up. Again, the balance you see is always from streams that occurred approximately 2-3 months prior. This is because stores take 2-3 months to report and pay out royalties. For example, royalties generated from streams in December would be added to your balance in February and March.

From the Distro Hub, you can tap on "Manage" after your Tipalti account is setup. Then choose the Transaction History from the menu to see all past transactions.
