If you forgot your password:
Open the Rapchat Password Reset Page.
Enter the email address associated with your Rapchat account.
Check your email inbox for the reset instructions.
Follow the link provided in the email to create a new password. Note: Make sure to use the email address linked to your Rapchat account when signing up.

Didn't receive the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been mistakenly filtered.
Email address mismatch? Double-check that you’ve entered the correct email address associated with your Rapchat account.
If you forgot your email:
Most accounts have Apple or Google login so try any accounts that you have. If you set up your account when using Apple or Google login then you won't be able to log in by simply entering an email / password.
If you still cannot log in or no longer have access to your email account, please open a new support chat and choose the option to "Fill Out Ticket ✍️" and then select "Recover Account"
Special Note for Apple Users
If you signed up for Rapchat using the ‘Hide My Email’ feature via Apple, you’ll need to enter the Apple-generated email address linked to your Rapchat account during the password reset process. You can find this email address by logging in to your Apple ID account and viewing the email relay information.
