If you’ve requested a password reset but haven’t received the reset email, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1: Verify Your Email Address

  • Check Your Email: Ensure that the email address you entered is correct and is the one associated with your Rapchat account.

  • No Email on File: If the email you entered is not on file with us, you will not receive a reset email. Double-check that you’re using the correct email.

Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

  • Spam Folder: Sometimes, reset emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders in your email account.

Step 3: Consider Your Login Method

  • Gmail Users: If you initially signed up using your Gmail account, you need to use the Gmail login option instead of resetting your password.

  • Apple Login Users: If you signed up with Apple and chose the option to hide your email, you’ll need to use the Apple login option to access your account.
