Sometimes stores have issues with releases not going to your account correctly. If a new artist profile was created for you automatically, then you can learn how to fix that here. Otherwise, read the article below to learn how to troubleshoot when your songs are sent to another artist profile...
Troubleshoot if your song(s) went to the wrong artist's profile:
Spotify / Apple Music:
Open a new support chat and choose the option to "Fill Out Ticket ✍️"
Select "Distro Sent to Wrong Artist"
Create a new ticket
We will email you once your songs have been re-sent to stores (usually 2 business days)
Amazon Music:
Go to your Amazon Music Account here.
Click on the incorrect album/song
Click on the three dot menu next to the title
Select “Report Issue”
Once the form is complete, click “Submit”
Their catalog experts will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please allow up to 4 weeks for the changes to reflect on Amazon Music.
