Youtube - YouTube automatically generates a "Topic Channel" but you can request to merge this with your a official artist channel.

Other Services - You may need to reach out to streaming services individually or check their FAQ. There's a company called AllMusic Guide that manages a database of music releases. They provide bio and review information to services including iTunes, Spotify, and other outlets. So try them.
