How to find your release on streaming platforms
How to find your release on streaming platforms
Updated over a week ago

Below is more information on how to locate your song after they are delivered and what to do if you are having trouble finding it.

How long will it take for my song to be live?

Most stores will be live within 7 days of your release showing "Delivered." However, some stores will sometimes do a manual review of some releases which can take longer to process before going live:

  • iTunes/Apple Music: up to 14 days

  • Facebook/Instagram: up to 14 days

  • TikTok: up to 21 days

How do I find my song?

  1. Search by your artist name + track title

  2. Some stores will allow you to search by your release's ISRC number

    • You can find your track's ISRC at the bottom of your release details and copy it

    • Enter "ISRC:[INSERT ISRC]" in the search field. For example, if your ISRC was QZNWQ2247171, you'd search for: "ISRC:QZNWQ2247171"

What if I cannot find my song?

There are several reasons that your song may not be live:

  • The song may just not be live yet (see "How long will it take for my song to be live" above)

  • The song contains copyrighted content which was flagged by the service

  • The song contains a commonly used beat. Social audio libraries like Instagram, TikTok, and Snap want to make sure that all the sounds are differentiated and may not release songs that sound too similar to another one.

  • The service is still indexing your artist name or release name. Until your name is indexed, it may not appear in search, despite your music being live. This generally happens if this is the first time using your artist name or if you are using a commonly used name.

Unfortunately, these services typically don't send us a notification as to the status of your song or the reasons it was not uploaded. If it's been 7 days and you still cannot find your release then we can try to resend it for you. Please contact support and share the ISRC codes for the release(s) that you want us to resubmit.
