If you're having trouble accessing your Rapchat account because you forgot your email or password, you can reset it by following these steps...
If you forgot your password:
Open the Rapchat app and go to the sign-in screen.
Select "Forgot password."
Follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you forgot your email:
Most accounts have Apple or Google login so try any accounts that you have. If you set up your account when using Apple or Google login then you won't be able to log in by simply entering an email / password.
If you still cannot log in or no longer have access to your email account, please open a new support chat and choose the option to "Fill Out Ticket ✍️" and then select "Recover Account"
