Sometimes stores have issues with releases not going to your account correctly. Or maybe a new artist profile was created for you when you had one already...either way, this can be fixed!
Spotify / Apple Music:
Fill out the form here.
We will email you once your songs have been re-sent to stores (usually 2 business days)
Amazon Music:
Go to your Amazon Music Account here.
Click on the incorrect album/song
Click on the three dot menu next to the title
Select “Report Issue”
Once the form is complete, click “Submit”
Their catalog experts will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please allow up to 4 weeks for the changes to reflect on Amazon Music.
Youtube:
YouTube automatically generates a "Topic Channel" but you can request to merge this with your official artist channel by filling out the form here.
You must have 3 releases to apply
When asked for your email, use your Youtube account (if you have one) or enter any email you like (doesn't need to be the same as Rapchat Distro)
If asked for a UPC, you can find that code on any of your Distro releases in the Distro Hub
Once you fill out the form, we automatically send the information to YouTube. They take up to 2 months depending on the number of followers your channel has.
