If you can't access your account because you forgot your email or don't have access to the account's email then we can update the email for you.

  1. Open a new support chat and choose the option to "Fill Out Ticket โœ๏ธ"

  2. Select "Recover Account"

  3. Create a new ticket

We use these verification requirements to make sure we don't give out any user information to the wrong person. If you cannot answer the questions you will need to contact your email service provider to try and regain access to your email.
