I can't log in because I don't have access to the email I used to sign up?

If you can't log in because you don't have access to the account's email and would like us to update the email for your account, then you can follow these steps:

  1. Open a new support chat and choose the option to "Fill Out Ticket โœ๏ธ"

  2. Select "Recover Account"

  3. Create a new ticket

We use these verification requirements to make sure we don't give out any user information to the wrong person.

If you cannot answer the questions you will need to contact your email service provider to try and regain access to your email.
